participants, we have all hopes to have this meeting as the largest stress meeting ever.

On site payment of registrations will require a 50 EUR surplus
according to the prices of the late registration category (till August 11th 2007).
The Registration Fee for all participants includes:
- the congress materials (program and abstract book, special Hungarian bag & badge),
- attendance to the Congress and to the Exhibition,
- the Welcome Reception (23rd August, 19.00),
- the Organ Concert (24th August, 20.00),
- the coffee/tea in the breaks,

Pre-payment can be made either by bank transfer, money order, bank draft, or by major

Registrations and hotel reservations, which are not accompanied by
appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations and hotel reservations will be
acknowledged in writing. Official final receipt for fees paid by the participants will be
handed over on site upon registration. Congress bureau Diamond Congress Ltd. is
responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and
confirmed by the congress bureau. On site registration fees, hotel charges and optional
programmes can be paid in cash in convertible currency or in Hungarian Forint. Besides,
credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that personal cheques
and Eurocheques cannot be accepted.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is accepted only in writing. The conditions for the cancellation of
registration are as follows:
- Full refund, 100% before 30th June 2007
- Partial refund, 50% between 30th June and 31st July 2007
- No refund on cancellation sent after 31st July 2007
In case of cancellation of hotel reservation one night deposit will be charged after
30th June 2007.
